Minting transactions via site are final once completed except for:

• During technical issues
• Outages
• Errors
• Specific Godchain™ maintenance activities

Refunds are only possible with physical tangible product logistics issues such as hologram systems/hardware never delivered or damaged/lost in transition from shipping to buyer.
